How Does Clear + Brilliant Touch Work?
The fractional 1440 nm laser creates hundreds of microscopic channels through the outer epidermis down into the dermis layer of the skin. This triggers a wound-healing reaction in the
skin, which improves the appearance of fine lines, overly large pores, and texture problems. The treatment achieves this by remodeling existing collagen in the treated areas and triggering a boost in collagen production.
Additionally, the Perméa 1927 nm wavelength targets superficial skin layers, specifically addressing issues like age spots and uneven skin tone. This wavelength’s function is similar to Intense Pulsed Light(IPL) treatments.
By combining these two wavelengths into one single treatment, Clear + Brilliant Touch now has both a deeper dermis fractional component and a superficial pigmentation component to address multiple signs of aging and rejuvenate the skin.
