Post Procedure Instructions
- Apply cold packs after procedure
- Make-up may be gently applied after a minimum of 24 hours
- Sleep face-up with head elevated for 3-5 nights
- Do not aggressively rub face for 5 days; be gentle.
- No saunas for 3 weeks
- Avoid excessive neck and facial movement for 2 weeks
- Avoid high impact sports for 2 weeks
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight/UV light for 2 weeks
- Avoid dental surgery for 3 weeks
- Avoid facial or face down massages for 4 weeks
